These terms govern your use of arrivparking.com (the "Site"), operated by Arriv LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Arriv," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Our products, including Atlas AI and Amara Vitality, have their own terms that apply when you use them.
You may use the Site for lawful, personal and informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting its operation, or using automated tools to scrape or overload it.
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and product names, are owned by Arriv LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify or distribute Site content without our written permission, except for ordinary viewing and sharing of links.
Descriptions of our products on the Site are for general information. Product features and availability may change. Products marked "Coming soon" are not yet available.
The Site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing on the Site is medical, nutritional or professional advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arriv LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold Arriv LLC harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
